Our inspiration: A furry best friend
The journey of StormsCozyCanineCoats began with my own dog, Storm. Acquired as an 8-week-old puppy, Storm quickly became my first dog, an exceptional friend, and wonderful company. He is my total inspiration, driving me to create dog coats that offer comfort, warmth, and style for all furry friends.

What sets StormsCozyCanineCoats apart? Each coat is truly handmade and totally unique. We offer personalisation with your dog's name, or even a special warning patch or message like 'I'm Blind' or 'I'm Nervous'. On some of our fleece jackets, you'll find fun embroidered slogans such as "A House isn't a Home without a Dog!" These details ensure your dog's coat is as special as they are.
Crafting comfort: Our meticulous process
We begin with a commercial paper pattern, offering various designs to suit different needs. Choosing the right material is key; our 4oz waterproof quilted fabric is perfect for repelling rain and keeping dogs warm and dry. For added warmth and style, a contrasting fleece lining is meticulously added. Hook and loop tape, also known as Velcro, is stitched on for fastening around the chest and neck, allowing ample adjustment for a perfect fit. Some coats feature collars, others a simple strap, or convenient flaps for fastening. Careful measurements are taken for each coat, ensuring a perfect fit as noted in the product descriptions. Finally, your furry friend's name, a warning message, or a fun saying can be added through embroidery or Heat Transfer Vinyl Printing.
